Private Rental
Price: $ 375.00 per hour
(2-hour minimum charge)

Time Slots can only be booked for the end of the day and from Monday to Friday only.

Rentals are not available during school breaks and holidays.

Full concession will be made available.

Party add-ons can be added to Private Rentals.

You are allowed to bring cake/cupcakes for your guests.

All rules and facility guidelines remain in place during your rental.

All food orders/party add-ons must be decided 1 week prior to your event.

Deposit of $ 375.00 will be required at time of booking.

Deposit becomes non-refundable 7 days prior to reservation date.

We reserve the right to limit private rentals to specific days and for special circumstances.

BIRTHDAY PARTY / PRIVATE RENTAL
WHAT TO KNOW

We will follow up with a confirmation email or phone call, a few days prior to your actual party/rental date. (Please check your junk/spam folder as the email may be redirected.)

Private Rentals are booked at the end of the day and must be booked for the entirety of regular business hours. (For example, customers cannot book a private rental from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. The rental must be booked until the end of regular business closing hours, as noted on this website under the hours section.)

Each birthday party will be for a duration of 2 hours in the private room. Please ensure that you arrive on time, as your party time will not be extended if you are late.

Party decorations can be placed 15 minutes prior to the start of the party. If the party room is still being cleaned during that time, guests will have to wait until the room is cleaned before being able to decorate.

Only the provided scotch tape will be allowed to affix decorations to the wall. Tacks and 3m type of adhesives are prohibited. Any damage to a party room resulting from the improper use of adhesives, etc. is the responsibility of the guest and will be assessed a $ 30.00 charge per blemish.

If you are bringing in helium balloons and they are released or let go towards the ceiling, you will be assessed a $ 350.00 charge if the balloon damages or gets entangled in the ceiling fans.

Guests are welcome to bring their own party cakes/cupcakes, providing that the ingredients are nut free. A freezer is available for those wishing to bring ice cream cakes.

Clean up will be completed by our staff and start 15 minutes prior to the end of the party time.

Any unused party package items cannot not be discounted or substituted.

All utensils, plates, and napkins are provided. All you need are any party decorations/items you wish to bring.

A deposit of $100.00 for birthday packages, and $ 375.00 for private rentals, will be due immediately upon booking. Deposits will become non-refundable 7 days prior to the date of the party.

Deposits will not be returned if a party is booked less than 7 days in advance and subsequently cancelled.

If you fail to show up for your party on the date it is booked, you will not receive your deposit back and will be charged the remaining full outstanding balance of your party and any add-ons that have been prepared and/or ordered.

Bookings made by telephone will not be held until a deposit is paid for those that require to pay in person. You have until the next day to pay the deposit after booking is made, or the party will be cancelled and no food or other birthday/party items will be prepared. Bookings where a credit card is not provided, the party/rental will be required to be paid in full. You may also be subject to an additional security deposit from $ 50.00 up to $ 100.00 at the time of payment. The deposit will be returned to you on the day of the party.

Special food allergies will be considered. Any food allergy concerns must be brought up with the staff at least 1 week prior to the event.

For birthday parties, due to capacity concerns, only one adult entry is allowed per child present at the party. Additional adult entries will be charged at a rate of $5.00/Adult over the limit. (We reserve the right to limit adult attendance per party booking.)

Socks are to be worn at all times for hygienic reasons. (Socks can be purchased at the admission desk!)

No outside food or drinks (other than water) allowed inside the facility, unless the food service charge is applied. All food must be approved by management prior to attending and foods containing nuts are prohibited. Serving utensils are the responsibility of the guests.

Free membership for the birthday child starts the day after the party and expires 30 days from activation. (No substitutes, modifications or deductions are allowed. )

ANY INAPPROPRIATE OR DISRESPECTFUL CONDUCT DIRECTED TOWARDS KLIMERZ STAFF BY CUSTOMERS, EITHER VIA PHONE OR IN PERSON, BEFORE OR DURING THE PARTY, WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR EVENT. ADDITIONALLY, THE PARTY DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE. ​
